Damn… This guy….. is awesome. Can’t lie, The first time I read his blog I didn’t expect to see progress. It just seemed like the whole world was against. Much like me. Roy was the underdog.

But boy did Roy prove me wrong. Every time I read his blog I’m blow away (and He takes his weight loss journey very seriously and is the most dedicated of any blog I follow.

It’s like, you see him busting ass on the stationary bike or showing his most recent meal and you can’t help but wonder how he finds the steam to continue. Truly an inspiration and, while I don’t know the guy personally, I can tell that he has a big heart. So, Roy, keep up the great work bud! I’m right behind you!

This chick is 100% badass and in a daring feat, she denies physics by being another 10% sweet. I know, I’m posting a Tumblr Tuesday on a Wednesday, but she has also been the answer to most of my bad days lately. It’s rare these days to find someone who is beautiful inside and out and she shares all of our common struggle.
